What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out can sometimes be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability — ask the front desk when you arrive or call ahead.
Do I have to be 21 to enter the casino floor?
Yes. New Jersey state law requires guests to be at least 21 years old to enter the gaming floor or the sportsbook lounge, regardless of whether you're a registered hotel guest. Valid photo ID is required.
Is parking included with my room?
Self-parking is complimentary for overnight guests in our attached garage. Valet parking is available for a nightly fee. Day visitors and event guests can self-park at posted hourly rates.
What does the resort fee cover?
A nightly resort fee covers Wi-Fi throughout the property, rooftop pool deck access, gym access, and local and toll-free calls. It's added at checkout and shown on your confirmation before you book.
Are pets allowed?
We're able to accommodate a limited number of pet-friendly rooms per stay. Let reservations know when you book, since these rooms fill up faster than our standard inventory, especially on weekends.
Is the rooftop pool open year-round?
The rooftop pool deck runs from late spring through early fall. The indoor pool, spa, gym, and gaming floor operate year-round regardless of season.
What's your cancellation policy?
Standard reservations can be canceled without penalty up to 48 hours before arrival. Prepaid and package rates may carry different terms, which are always disclosed before you complete a booking.
Do you offer shuttle service from the airport?
We don't run a dedicated shuttle, but our concierge desk can arrange a car service from Atlantic City International Airport or Philadelphia International Airport on request.
Can I book a spa treatment without staying overnight?
Yes. Salt Cove Spa welcomes day guests for treatments and access to the relaxation lounge, subject to availability. We recommend booking a few days ahead for weekend slots.
